Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in the European Union, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address and any other information required to complete the return.
Please do not send any product back before receiving our approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Except in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service with a tracking number.
The customer is responsible for keeping the tracking number and proof of shipment until we confirm receipt of the returned product.
Returns sent without tracking may not be accepted or may not be eligible for a refund if the package cannot be located or its delivery cannot be confirmed.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned with all accessories and items originally supplied with the purchase.
The product must be unused and returned in a condition that allows it to be resold, subject to the legal provisions applicable to the right of withdrawal.
A product returned without a prior return request may not be processed immediately.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where this exception applies.
This exclusion does not apply to standard products simply purchased from our online store.
Exchanges
We do not necessarily offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product or version, the simplest procedure is to return the product in accordance with the conditions above and then place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the right of withdrawal, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Standard shipping costs originally paid for the order will be refunded in accordance with the applicable right of withdrawal regulations. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.
Legal Warranty
Products sold by VRClink Adapter are covered by the applicable statutory warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French and European regulations.
These legal warranties are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, rules regarding withdrawal rights, taxes, customs duties and return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.
